Our Mission: Our mission is to provide PFC youth the opportunity to play soccer at the highest level commensurate with their individual ability, potential, and interest. An emphasis on fair play, sportsmanship, team work, and respect for all participants are the basis of our mission.

History: The Pittsburgh Football Club (PFC) was formed in 2001 and since then we have grown to over 350 players! We are one of the largest premier clubs in Western PA. Several of our teams are nationally ranked through GotSoccer.

Coaching Staff: Our coaching staff is comprised of licensed Coaches with both US Soccer National Licenses and National Soccer Coaches of America, (NSCAA). We have several present and former College level Coaches on our staff, along with Regional ODP Coaches. We also have licensed Goal Keeper Coaches, as well as Coaches licensed/certified in other soccer disciplines.

Affiliations and Leagues: The Pittsburgh Football Club is affiliated with US Youth Soccer through PAWest. We have players involved in PA West ODP Programs, which provide the elite player with opportunities on a national stage. PFC teams attend tournaments and showcase events throughout the region that will get our players in front of coaches and player evaluators who can assist them in getting to the next level.

Community Involvement: As members of the Pittsburgh Football Club we realize that it is a privilege to have the opportunity to play premier soccer and we feel it is important to give back to the communities that support our programs and to those who may not have the opportunity to participate in organized sports. We also work with several groups in the inner city, including the Hill House and the Pittsburgh Public Schools to provide camps, training and since 2010, we have organized the Steel City Combine which allows players from the Pittsburgh Public High School teams to play in front of college coaches. Many players have been given the opportunity to continue playing soccer at the Collegiate level.
