Kelly Mehalko - Director of Coaching

Coach Kelly has been coaching and developing players in the Pittsburgh area for 35+ years. Along with her current responsibilities at PFC, she is the 2010/2011 girls head coach for the PA West Olympic Development Program and is the 2005 USYS East Region Olympic Development Assistant Coach.

Her background includes working with soccer athletes ages 3- 30 from recreation through the semi-pro level, coaching various club teams to becoming a State Finalist or Champion.

Coach Kelly holds a U.S. Soccer National B License (currently pursuing A license), USYS Youth National License, USC Goalkeeping certification and various coaching certificates from the United Soccer Coaches. Mehalko is also earned her U.S Grassroots Instructor License. She is a U.S Grassroots Coaching Instructor as well the Chair of the Youth Advocacy Committee for United Soccer Coaches and member of the U.S.C., a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance, and is the Founder and President of the PA Womens Coaches Association. Roman Nardozi - Academy Director

Coach Nardozi is the PFC Rising Stars Academy Director and head Coach of the 2009 Girls team and is the head Coach for the Keystone Oaks Lady Eagles Varsity soccer team. Coach Nardozi currently holds his USSF C license as well as his National Youth license He began his playing career in 1994 with the Keystone Oaks Soccer Association. He played with KOA through 2004. He then played for Keystone Oaks High School during his time there from 2002 until 2006. He also played for Three Rivers Soccer Club for multiple seasons.

After graduating from IUP with a Bachelors degree in Secondary Social Studies Education he was hired as the head coach for the Keystone Oaks Middle School soccer team from 2011-2013. He then moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to continue his teaching career where he also coached both the Boys and the Girls soccer teams at McKinley Middle Academic Magnet as the head coach from 2014-2017. During this time he joined Baton Rouge Soccer Club as an Academy coach while also being an assistant to some competitive teams. His final year in Louisiana he was the head coach for the Girls Varsity soccer team at the Dunham School.

Olivia Wilkerson - Mental Health Sports Performance Director

Coach Olivia started her coaching career with the California Trojans middle school team in 2015. She has also been apart of the PFC organization since fall of 2015. She began working with the 2005 girls team as an assistant before taking over the head coach responsibilities in 2016 through Spring 2022. Currently, Coach Olivia is the head coach for the 2008 and 2012 girls PFC teams. Along with club coaching roles, she is the Director of Mental Performance for PFC as of August 2022.

Coach Olivia additionally works at the high school level, where she has been the head coach at Ringgold High School since 2018. She first started with the Lady Rams in 2016 as the Goal Keeper Coach while also working with the Lady Ram Middle School program. Along with club and high school programs, Coach Olivia has also been involved with Open Field and PA West ODP since 2021.

Coach Olivia has been involved within the soccer community for most of her life, playing in various leagues and local club teams. She also played at Westminster College. Along with Coach Olivia's playing experience, she obtained her US Soccer National C License, Level 1 & 2 Goalkeeper Certificate, and a Level 1 Futsal Certificate. Her educational background also extends into the realm of sports, consisting of a master's degree in Sports Psychology and Rehabilitation, Level 1 & 2 certificate of NASM Speed & Agility, and a certification in the subject of Corrective Exercise.

Anthony Frisoli

Coach Anthony has been a youth soccer coach for over 8 years and is currently coaching soccer for PFC for the 2020-2021 season. Coach Anthony coached youth soccer at Mt Lebanon & Baldwin Whitehall Soccer Association and currently at Jaguars United. He currently lives in Jefferson Hills with his wife Amanda and four daughters Sierra, Eva, Olivia & Jessa. Sierra and Olivia currently play soccer for Jaguars United & PFC. Coach Anthony is currently involved in many positions in Jaguar United such as U6 coordinator & coach and webmaster. He is also a travel U12 assistant coach for Jaguar United. Coach Anthony holds a U.S. Youth Soccer National Youth Coaching Course, USSF License and his National D License. Coach Anthony has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Carlow University.

Coach Anthony encourages the players to have fun and learn positions they have never tried before. He makes it a safe environment and encourage them to step out of their comfort zone and expand their talent. He can make learning fun and also knows when to be serious. He watches out for the players well being and safety.

Mary Lou Mathies

Coach Mary Lou has been coaching for 25 + years. She began coaching in the Finleyville Soccer Association, now known as the Ringgold Youth Soccer Association. She worked with both boys and girls teams ages 4 to 18 over those years.

Mary Lou was the head coach at the Ringgold Girls middle school team for 2 years and was the Assistant for the Girls Highschool Soccer team at Ringgold for the past several years.

Coach Mary Lou began coaching with PFC 9 years ago. She currently has a National Youth License, a State E license and also holds a D license in coaching.

Her philosophy for the Athletes she coaches is to challenge your best self to show up and work hard, be accountable to yourself and your teammates but above all have fun.

Currently she is the assistant to Kelly Mehalko U17 girls team and Roman Nardozi U-14 girls

I have been coached, mentored and raised by amazing coaches who always taught me about hard work, Discipline and passion for my craft and education as a student-Athlete. Because of them and their teachings I have had success as a player and as a coach. Teams that I have worked with alongside my dad (Ron Cook) and Sister (Brie Cook) I continue to teach the same lessons in each of the players and their development.

      Coaching Philosophy : My coaching philosophy is to have an environment that encourages athletes to learn and develop on and off the field and to create a positive learning environment. I also believe that playing sports as a child not only builds character and confidence but also gives a sense of accomplishment.

      Jeremiah Dugan

      Coach Jeremiah Dugan has been an educator and coach for almost 25 years. His coaching philosophy comes from the belief that the playing field is an extension of the classroom. It is the soft skills that kids learn from sports that help make them successful long after their playing career ends. You will often hear him encouraging players to have a growth mindset and embrace getting 1% better every day.

      Coach Dugan has coached many sports over the years including basketball, softball, cross country and his real passion with soccer. He has coached at all levels of the game, from the wee little ones through high school. Along with coaching at PFC, he is the winningest girls soccer coach at Taylor Allderdice High School during the school�???�??�?�¢??s time in the WPIAL with the school�???�??�?�¢??s only playoff appearances. Despite all the trophies and victories he considers seeing his former players become successful adults as the true win. Coach Dugan also holds his USSF National D License.

      Sonia Santacroce

      Coach Sonia began her soccer career at a very young age and played under the coaching and guidance of her father who was a semi-professional soccer goalie under the Promozione Italian category/league. She played all throughout her schooling career. In 2007, she graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a Bachelor�???�??�?�¢??s degree in Business Management. She then became an assistant coach for the Lady Barons at FUS for one year after college. She later moved to Pittsburgh PA to pursue a career in business and achieved a job for a Wholesale Energy Company called Direct Energy. In 2016, she switched careers and for the past 7 years has been working for Duquesne Light Company. After many years of playing recreational soccer (after college) through the Pittsburgh Sports League (PSL) and Pittsburgh Indoor Sports Arena (PISA) organizations, Sonia decided it was time to continue her passion for soccer by becoming a coach again. Coach Sonia then joined the Pittsburgh Football Club as an assistant coach for the 2009 & 2010 girls�???�??�?�¢?? team in 2019 under Coach Kelly Mehalko and Coach Roman Nardozi. Coach Sonia continues to be an assistant coach for the 2009 girls team as well as assists in coaching the Rising Star Academy under Coach Roman. Coach Sonia currently holds her USSF D license as well as her National Youth license.

      Jessica Sinclair

      Coach Jessica has been playing soccer since she was 6 years old, which included playing for the Chartiers Valley travel (8yrs), middle school (2yrs), and high school (4yrs) teams. She also played for Pittsburgh Football Club (5yrs), and collegiately at Wittenberg University (4yrs). The experiences of playing for a multitude of coaches has helped Jessica become very knowledgeable soccer coach.

      Jessica was the Graduate Assistant Coach for Chatham University Women's program for both the 2017 and 2018 Seasons.

      Coach Jessica holds a USSF F License ,National D License; Concussion in Sports and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certifications. She also recently received her B.A. in Psychology from Wittenberg University, with minors in both Art and Health Science; She is a 2019 Graduate of Chatham University with her Masters in Communications.

      Ron Lupori

      Coach Ron has been involved in professional coaching for 28+ years. This includes 20 years of CUP experience coaching both boys and girls with 11 of those years here at PFC. Coach Ron also has a total of 14 years of High school coaching experience also with both boys and girls programs throughout this period of time. Additionally, Coach Ron has coached 5 years and 4 seasons at Waynesburg University as the Mens Assistant Coach. Finally, Coach Ron has been involved throughout with various camps and clinics in the area.

      Coach Ron has vast playing experience. He has played 4 years at California University of Pennsylvania. He played 21 years in the GPSL with the Dunlevy Redbirds Men's Team as well as 10 seasons in the premier division with the Mon Valley over 30 team. Currently Coach Ron is rostered with the Mon Valley over 40 team.

      Coach Ron has a current C license with the USSF and an Advance National Diploma with the NSCAA. Moreover, he has been named to the Charleroi High School Hall of Fame and the Charleroi High School All Half Century Team. Coach Ron earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. His doctoral research was focused on character development of the student athletes.
